Yes, the format is dead, but we bought this last Christmas before that announcement was made Anyway, this will come with the following HD-DVD movies: the 300, blood diamond, bourne identity, bourne supremacy, and serenity. You can get some pretty good deals online for movies and they look great! This is also a great upgrade for a normal DVD player. With movies, asking $150.
