Totally unrelated, but that engine is missing the front cover for the VVT actuator. If run in that state, the oil leak would be substantial.

Runner length? Does the throttle body that comes with it have a TPS and IAC on it? Close ups of the welds?

11 inches. Throttle body cones with the tps. The stock iac is on the outside of the manifold(but won't fit because it will hit the shock tower so I blocked it off. Pics of the welds....
