+1, you'll never get 10K for that unfortunately, even though you've got more than that in it. Best way to recoup your money is to part it out, returning the car to stock. This almost always leaves you with more money in your pocket than selling it together, essentially at discount.
As it sits, maybe 6K, 7K tops. If you part it, you could get more.

I bought a mariner blue that was in the process of being parted. The seller wanted 8k before he parted, I ended up getting a rust free 91, with a BEGiS3 turbo kit, hard dog roll bar, 2 sets of daisies 1 set with race tires, a set of 14x8 diamond racing wheels with Hoosiers a greddy boost control, 2 bins of spare parts for 3k. The catch he had parted out his exhaust, ecu, 1.8 torsen (it came with the 1.6 rear), and fuel injectors. I still think it was a great deal for me, and he made a lot of the difference back in the stuff he parted Point is your better off parting it.

It's rough pumping twice the dough into the car that's worth half as much. Building and selling modded cars isn't too different from race cars.
It seems that eBay has the ability to get the most for something. A big enough audience and you might just find two (or more) people looking for exactly what you're selling. Take lots of good photos and maybe even some videos of the car in action, then set the bid at your minimum plus eBay fees. I sold my last race car that way- got what I wanted.
