I purchased an FMII kit and it came with the Nemesis ECU. I have a Megasquirt so I will not be using this in my build.
I have plugged it into my car and rescaled the injectors to stock size to test it and it ran my car perfectly.
You can use it as is or send it to Hydra to upgrade it to the 2.7 version (Hydra EMS - Upgrade from Nemesis 2.5)
FM can provide you with a basemap and the FMII software if you use their tech support services but you should be able to use the current map and modify it from there.
