Looks like some good work in that thread! I have been trying to find a good tig machine for the house. I've been looking at the MILLER DIVERSION 165. It's about $1200
On another note, ZXTex mounted this same intercooler in front of the radiator and just leaned the radiator back for a little simpler install (similar to the tdr setup). So don't be scared about packaging.
