Feeler : Complete Custom WRX Turbo 1.6 Setup / Welders Special - $500
This is all pending FRT_FUN's Twin turbo setup is still available as I am selling so I can buy that.
Reason I am selling is that this setup needs some work and I have a 1.8 motor sitting in my garage taunting me and i'd rather get a new setup for that than repair this. The downpipe is the biggest problem. There is a leak at the top where it meets the turbo + below from where it rubbed the transmission under hard cornering. The top is an easy repair but the lower portion would need to shifted further from the transmission so this didnt occur in the future. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the downpipe as everything is still on the car. If I get no interest, i'll repair and probably try and resell next spring.
Used with 6k miles on it. Put down 175whp / 175tq @ 12psi on conservative tune on a real load bearing dyno. Lots of low end torque, good street setup.
Includes :
custom JGS manifold (works with power steering / no ac)
Wrx Td0413t turbo w/ internal wastegate (rebuilt 6k miles ago)
custom wastegate bracket
oil feed line + custom oil drain fittting
custom stainless steel downpipe (What needs work)
Air filter setup + t bolt clamps
heat shields (top of turbo shield needs another brace)
$500 + shipping.
Fitting on the right is what I ended up using. The Drain off the turbo was to close to the manifold so I had to extend the drain a few inches below the manifold.
