Default Lots of Miata Engine Parts For Sale

My plan to rebuild our Miata has changed, so I have lots of parts for sale. No pics of these parts yet.

2002 short block incl block, rods, crank, main bear support & oil pan, internals look good, no ridge on cylinders $250
2002 VVT head, no cams $200
ARP head studs new in box $85.00
ARP main cap studs, used $50
ACT Streetlight steel lightweight flywheel (12 lbs) just had resurfaced $150.00
Mazdaspeed Miata pressure plate & disc, used, PP looks great, no marks or hot spots, disc is used, maybe 50% life left $125 for both
New in box 1.8L Miata clutch assembly, Exedy brand, pressure plate, disc, throw out bearing, release bearing and alignment tool. $85.00
EUDM 1.8 4-2-1 (try Y) exhaust manifold and downpipe with cat & bung for O2 sensor $325.00
MSM downpipe with cat $100
MSM exhaust center pipe with resonator $60.00
2002 intake cam $40.00
2002 exhaust cam $75.00
VVT intake cam gear $40.00

I'll ship at buyers expense. Probably will be adding more and I sort through the boxes. Email mini1275@bellsouth.net

mmm not sure if the VVT version youve got here will work with the 99-00 engine? It's really confusing to find info on this stuff.

In theory it should physically bolt up. Trying to use a VVT head with a stock 99/00 ECU is another story. The cam position sensors are the same but there is some question about phasing, etc. I've yet to find a real good description myself. If I get crazy, I'll give it a shot. I've got a VVT head in the garage atm

From what I've read, a MS2/3/DIYPNP ECU for a 99/00 should be fine but will have no VVT control (except for the MS3.) VVT would need to be controlled with a VVTuner from DIYAutotune (again, except for the MS3.)

Don't take my word for it though

I just mean the exhaust header- I know the 99 has the extra oxygen sensor, but the other style of EUDM 4-2-1 I've seen doesnt have a cat in the downpipe.
