I took these low profile lights off my Miata because I am going a different route.

There is some surface rust (you can see it in the photos) but they can easily be refinished.

I am asking $230.00 shipped in the lower 48.

Those are BSP's. They are not Hella Projectors.

 

I've got a set of these on my 91. You can replace the lamps with two sets of hella driving lights and it looks pretty amazing. I can't comment too much on the lighting because I just haven't done much night driving here in well lit northern va.
And i'm pretty sure the moss lights are just bsp's. I think they sold some of their designs to moss when they closed up shop. GLWTS
