Slava- SEND ME MY MONEY.
Sent me a tracking number Sunday, 2/15.
Tuesday, after two business days of it saying that only billing information (and no package) has been received, I instant message him asking about it.
Wednesday he tells me that UPS picked it up and lost it.
At 3:45 pm EST on 2/19, he promised a full refund within 24 hours.
As of 7pm yesterday, no refund. IM'd him, this time he promises it by 10pm PST.
As of right now... no refund.
The fun part is I'm being told he can't issue a refund because his account is unverified.
I have IM transcripts documenting this if proof is needed.
In summary:

call paypal. ask them to unblock the freaking transaction because they wont let me refund you as status of the case is "being reviewed by paypal" apparently :/

Who the **** is too busy for weeks on end to ship out **** that people already paid for? Saying your too busy is just an excuse for being lazy or not giving a ****. Man up already loser.
