Default MP62 hotside, 6-rib, TDR IC, belts, pullies, etc for sale

Just finished removing the whole deal from my car. The kit will include everything needed to install in an NA 1.8l Miata. The MP62 was an SOT kit, with the 6-rib belt system and autotensioner, updated Moss outlet manifold, BBK 75mm throttle body, 130mm crank pulley, and 65/62.5/60 blower pullies so you have multiple options on boost level. The TDR intercooler is in great condition, comes complete for install, even down to the stainless rivets for one part and all the ducting, instructions, etc. I had the MP62 blower unit gone through and ported by www.thehighspeedlab.com. The did an M45 for me a while back with incredible results, so I had them do the blower, inlet and outlet manifolds as well. The intake piping is smooth bore flex tubing from Aircraft spruce, with a Goodwin Racing Monsterflow filter. The tubing setup I made is much better flowing than what BRP/SOT/FM has with their kits. I even made a true 3" pipe for the ISC hose that goes between the filter and tubing. The intake tubing is also covered with heat insulation. I have a couple blower belts as well to go with the kit. I have a bag of spare parts I didn't need since I don't run AC or PS, that goes too. I changed the blower oil when I removed it, so that is good to go. The dummy throttle body on the intake was also ported, and I tapped a hole in it for an air temp sensor (I was running a Hydra with it). The BBK throttle body is nearly new as I bought it to replace an older tb that was formerly on it. All the brackets, braces, etc that make it the most up to date MP62 hotside kit is in there. Only thing I had to mod was the radiator cover since I have the AAC Style headlight kit. However, I will include the radiator mounts that require redrilling for the IC kit, something not normally included in the TDR kit. I'll also include the old BRP outlet manifold. I can show documentation for the porting.

I ran this system on my 96/99 engine, and with the 130/62.5 pulley setup it made 250/200 at the tires with a mediocre dyno tune in 94º heat and humidity Florida climate back in September. I was running 550 RC injectors and the Hydra with it. I never tried the 60mm pulley, but the 65mm pulley made around 9-10 psi and the 62.5 pulley made 13 psi boost with the 130mm crank pulley. I was expecting the 60mm pulley to make around another 2-2.5psi boost, still well within the rpm range of the blower.

I want to clean up the parts a bit before posting photos, so I should have some photos up in a couple days.

I will also have a BRP R4 intake for sale, ported and complete even with the EGR hookup. The intake weighs about 4 lbs less than an OEM 99 intake.

$2600 delivered to your door within continental US for blower system. R4 intake will be a separate sale unless buyer wants the whole deal, then I'm willing to work out a package deal. Phil, aka levnubhin , can vouch for the system on my car.

Just posted the for sale add for it. Yes, it was on a 99 head. I'll have to update the other add.

good price... just to clarify. you had this on a '96 with a '99 head. do you know if it will fit a '99 NB chassis or a '97 without the NB head?

The blower kit will fit NA 1.8l Miatas as far as I know. Not 100% sure about 90-93s, but since the 90-97 bodies are just about identical, I am 99% sure. The IC pipes and bracketry are different for the 99-00 setup. Already asked Gary a couple months ago.

It was on my car, a 1996 with a 1996 shortblock and 1999 head/intake. The head/intake don't matter, just that it's a 1.8 engine. The intake only matters if you want the R4 intake as well, the R4 I have only fits 99-00 heads. Yes, it will fit the 97 with NA 1.8 head.

Also to clarify, neither the Hydra nor the injectors are for sale.

Default Also includes TDR Header Blanket

Forgot that I was including the TDR header blanket. I will have an RB 4/2/1 header for sale in a couple weeks. It was used with the SC setup. BRP told me that the RB 4/2/1 made more power than the JR header, I was fortunate that an SM neighbor of mine up the road had one in the shed.

I am also including an idler pulley from a JRSC I used to have. It might have a use as the tensioner pulley, never tried it, but I don't have a use for it.

The tan bag in upper left holds some parts that are for the AC or PS system. I wasn't running either, but everything's there. The IAC hose also includes a one way check valve. All the plastic ducting for the TDR IC kit is there on the pile of black ABS plastic. I also found 3 blower belts, forgot I needed 2 different lengths for the different size blower pullies.

The vacuum nipple on the block between the blower and throttle body was for the IAC control. I was running an external IAC and plumbed it there.

I'll take $2550US delivered within continental US. $2450 if you pick up. I am in Ft Lauderdale. Shipping will have to be in 2-3 boxes.

Willing to separate:
$1925 shipped for SC kit
$625 shipped for TDR IC kit.

The SC kit has quite a few extras included, and the TDR kit has the modified radiator mounts included.
