Found out that the ring and pinion on the MSM is a 3.63.

The MSM is normally a 4.10. Do you know who did the work or when? How did you find out?

All that said I am very interested and live in Lexington, KY so could drive down to pick up or meet part way if possible.

We have counted the teeth a few times now. 40 on the ring and 11 on the pinion. I don't know who did the work.

Is this from a car you drove? Any gear whine, etc? Correct speedo sender installed?

I've never driven/ridden in a car with this diff. A friend pulled it from a MSM in a junkyard with 75k on it. The speedo sender is on the transmission, so that will have to be sourced separately.

$640

Picture of the ring and pinion. There is almost no wear on them at all. The backlash nice and tight and it spins freely.

Since your MSM diff has a non-factory ratio, do you know if it still requires the larger MSM half shafts?
