This is a pretty complete kit, ready to bolt on to any NB, or any NA that doesn't have AC. It will fit any NB just fine, but the NA AC compressor is larger than the NB, so to put this on an NA, you either need to retrofit an NB AC system, or have your NA AC deleted. I just finished collecting all the small parts to get everything together as a complete kit.
Includes: MSM turbo, mani, turbo elbow, lower water inlet, MSM heater core pipe, downpipe, MSM intercooler piping, Black painted MSM intercooler, some misc 2.5" intercooler piping, oil feed lines and fittings, oil drain lines and fittings, coolant fittings/adapters, all bolts, heatshields, bypass valve, 2.5" HKS SSQV adapter pipe, knock off HKS SSQV, hoses, a tap for the oil pan fitting included with the kit, and a crusty boost gauge. Oil feed line is -4AN with a TSE steel oil pressure adapter. Oil drain is high temp rubber line. One of the silver OEM MSM charge pipes has a bit of rust on it. Might be able to save it or bypass it, but either way I'm including it. Intercooler piping is a blend of 2.5" aluminum piping and OEM MSM upper silver charge piping.
What you need to get this up and running: A wideband, an air filter, engine management, injectors, and an upgraded clutch. This can be run with a Voodoo box and timing wheel with stock injectors if you don't want to run a Megasquirt.

Full kit with everything included: $850 before shipping. This is me just getting my money out of it. This is as low as I can go. I'm going another direction with my car. If I can't sell it as a whole, I'll just throw it on my NB.
The only trades I'm looking for are a 01-05 NB2 VVT good running longblock.
I'm located in St Augustine, FL. I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance if a buyer is local. Otherwise, buyer pays shipping.

Not pictured are few misc silicone pieces and t-bolts, boost gauge, MSM IC. I'll take individual pictures of everything individually if requested from a serious buyer.

Bump it up. Life has been getting in the way recently. Now I'm back at it. Let's get this sold! Price dropped. $900 before shipping. Just a heads up, shipping is probably going to cost a bit. It's going to be a big, heavy box.

Edit: Willing to cut a deal on the turbo stuff and reduce the price if someone has a 99-00 Megasquirt or Hydra to do a partial trade, or Lotus seats [even just one]
