I hope you're kidding, I paid $20 for mine. The form factor of this intercooler is really weird so have to do an under the rad setup which for many reasons is sub-optimal.

Or go with a smaller, dual or triple core radiator and put them side by side.

you beat me to it. This intercooler is popular with the honda crowd, might have better luck on ebay, and make sure you use turbo civic as a keyword.
