They are IIRC, but I've had them over a year. I don't remember the exact state they were in when I got them but I didn't clean them up or anything. I would have sent them off for cleaning if they needed it. I didn't so I assume they are GTG. I wouldn't hesitate to use them but I'm selling as is.

 

I haven't found the other wiring bits but I did find a larger piece of harness with four connectors.
