Are the heater cores KNOWN not to leak? As in they were removed from a running car that didn't leak? I have a leaky one, so I don't need another. Are they aluminum or copper? If you have one that's known to be good I'll take one, aluminum preferred.
And the usual question too.

Oh yeah, I need the piece of plastic that goes below the steering column too. Not the lower piece that bolts to the steering column, but the piece below that.
Oh and my door lock on the passengers side broke. Dunno what happened but you can't unlock the door without using a key now. So sell me that part too.

The core in the 99 ran until he sideswiped it, so that core should be good. Not sure if the NA is different from the NB, but the other cores came from a 26K front wreck and the other was from a blown head gasket car. I could pressure check if needed.

I should have the lock part. Get me a better description of what you need and I will check when I get home Thursday.
Still no wheels for ya. You should buy the set on CL for $150 in Des Moines. He's had them up for two months. Probably could get them for $100.
It's the piece that is below the steering column, the big plate thingy I suppose. It's not the half circle piece that goes on the column itself. It's the piece below and forwared of that one. It covers up all the wiring stuff. Don't have a pic and I'm 270 miles away from the car right now so can't get one either. Ah well, I'll take a pic when I get home, though my car's black so tan wouldn't match. Still I could paint it I suppose, but it probably wouldn't match perfect.
I'll take the 99 heater core though, so "Dibs". Don't know what lock piece I need cause I haven't had the door apart yet to find out. Most likely it's the plastic piece you flip to unlock/lock the door that broke. My "popers" I added still work to lock or unlock, and the key works too. Just the plastic thing for inside doesn't work.
