Do these come with brackets too?

I have personally caressed them, if that is a selling point for anyone.

Brackets, and probably some old roached pads that i may or may not be too lazy to remove.

Would I be able to swap these calipers on to my NA8? Would be perfect to get these powdercoated for my needed brake refresh.
