Details on the manifold? You have the old style intercooler, so I assume it is the old style manifold as well?
Downpipe is 2.5" ?
Any idea how many miles the turbo has?
What is missing to have a fully running car?

Turbo has slight side-to-side shaft play, but nothing I would be concerned about.
