Feeler - 99 head ready for Belfab components
I have a '99 head (still in bag from machine shop) that was built with the belfab kit and oversized valves. I am thinking I will swap those components over to a VVT head that I am having freshened up. Is there any interest in this head(with cams) but no valves or springs? I have no idea what it would be worth, but it is ready to be assembled assuming you get valves/springs. Machine work alone on the head was $250 I believe.

True, ddin't think about all that was involved...if that's the case, it's probably not worth messing with. I don't think I could get enough out of the existing built head to buy parts and build the the equivalent VVT head.
Spring Kit $350
Exhaust valves are $140
Intake valves are $140
That's $650 in parts alone + machine work....so I'd have to sell the head for about $900 complete. Doubt that's happening...oh well. I could turn this into a "I have an 03 VVT head for sale thread"
