Default NB Parts AWD cluster setup

For sale is my AWD cluster setup. Came off a JDM NB RS with 52.000km that got broken for parts. I basically bought this for the rings and needle caps alone, so that I can use them with my KGW panel; however I bought a second set since and therefore this one has to move to fund more JDM goodness.

Good bits:
Excellent, almost new condition on the panel and rings
NB RS cluster, so no need for the "broken plastic bits" to get even lighting for 6 o'clock needle mod
One-off AWD gauge faces, never seen a set like this before

Bad bits:
There is some adhesive residue in the tacho face. Hard to see, and most probably would clean off, but did not want to risk it
Missing one needle stop
Missing the oil gauge ring
Needle caps are not for sale, for now at least

I am asking 500USD shipped and tracked, OBO. I might also break it if different people want different bits off of it.

Would also trade for rare JDM parts.

Thanks!

FWIW unfortunately these JDM clusters won't display the speed properly if you swap in your existing USDM odometer.
Cool parts, it looks like you have an early/modified version of the BlueSky-B gauges:

Oops, yeah, just realized you guys measure speed and distance in miles. This was not an issue here, as we use km.

It's actually even more complicated than that! It won't read correctly in KPH or MPH because the JDM 6-speed speedometer has a different scale

You can see more about how I made mine work here: AWD "Into the Blue" and RS Products surround (NB))

The JDM speedometer has a 190kph/120mph maximum (@~270 degrees). The odometer/controller unit drives the gauge at 2.25 degrees/mph. The scale is printed on the gauge, so 90 degrees on the AWD speedo is 40mph
The US speedometer has a 260kph/160mph maximum (@~270 degrees). The US odometer/controller unit drives the gauge at 1.69 degrees/mph

If you use the US odometer unit and are driving at 53mph, the needle on the speedometer will swing to (53*1.69) = 90 degrees.
On the US gauge face, this corresponds to 53mph, but on the JDM gauge face this corresponds to ~40mph.

You can see the difference in top speed/scale on the two faces.
