if someone has a junk set to donate would be great

need a set of 4 wheels/tires condition unimportant as long as they are straight and the car can be driven on them without the risk of a tire exploding or a wheel that is overly bent.

i will also pay some money for a better condition wheel/tire set, but i'm limited to about $100 for the whole set.
