It comes with the sender... which is a weird one.

It is a female thread in... so the bung would need to be male (aka threads on the outside and the sender caps over and screws in)

Yes, they do.

If by that you mean gauge, sensor, and wiring from gauge to sensor.

Same size as the vent's ball? my gauges fit the vents hole but I don't remember the size

and, can I get a shipping quote to J7V 8A7 (Canada) via USPS ground

Shipping will be more than the pod.
Flat rate box is $26 to Canada. A bit too big for the small size so had to go medium and it jumps from 11 to 26.

Also the pods fit 2 1/16" gauges. Not sure if it's the same for the vents.
