I’m interested in the steering hub. Will this work with my 91 with an aftermarket steering wheel. Also does it come with everything that’s needed to install? It appears they simply removed the stock steering wheel and added the aftermarket unit

Yes, it is a cat delete. It will mate up to any NB downpipe. It might also work for NA8. You'd need to research exhaust and cat compatibility to confirm.
Will you ship the hp+ brakes to Oregon? They will fit into a medium flat rate priority box the usps will give you. maybe even a small box if you take the pads out of the original box
