Just to clarify: This is not an MSPNP (ie the white DIYAutoTune ECU). This is a MS2 on a V3 board, with the following mods:

1) Full sequential injection ready (you need to modify the injection harness on the car to make it work)
2) Tacho output circuit built (in case you decide to upgrade to cops, there's less wiring involved)
3) Electronic boost control circuit built
4) Fan control through the MS
5) Aux output (JS2) available through the DB-15
6) Analog inputs JS4 & JS5 available through the DB-15
7) Launch control input connected to the clutch/neutral switch to inhibit closed loop idle when coasting near the idle rpm.
8) Switch tables input modified to get two different idle speeds: 800rpm with no AC, 1000rpm with A/C on.
9) Wideband in through the DB-15.

A very unique ECU, I would expect this to sell pretty fast.

As stated above, MS2 on a V3 board - not a DIYPNP. Still plug and play, with all the extras properly brought out over the DB15. The DIYPNP has no advantages over this ECU, other than a pretty box.

very tempting, the MS2-e unit I got got some random circuits built into it I have never seen before, and I don't want to deal with redoing all the circuits/rough looking solder connections.
Sorry for the noob question, think this would work fine on a '93 that's getting a 1.8L swapped in it?

I am interested in the ECU, I am running a BP 1.8 in a 1991 chassis on B6 1.6 electronics so it should work...

It's been months later, are there any advantages to getting a new one built now? I am not sure if there has been any recent progress in the MS world, but this thing should do everything I need without issue so I guess I'm worrying for nothing.
