Please allow me to explain the concept of selling stuff. There are no time limits on selling stuff. The seller puts something up for sale, and until the seller sells it or decides to no longer sell it, it's presumably still for sale. So when you use words like it "was" for sale (past tense), you're failing to grasp this concept, since it still "is" for sale (present tense) unless he's sold it.

My post was specifically targeted to find out if he sold it. Typically if you advertise something for sale on a forum, once you sell it the OP will either modify the original post or create a new post saying it was "SOLD". Neither was done here.

I have stuff in my garage that I've advertised for sale, got no responses, and it's still sitting in my garage since it's not worth a lot of trouble to sell it. I would love it if someone looked at an old post and asked me if it was still for sale.
