Intercooler pulled out from my former setup, worked pretty damn well to 10 psi/200 rwhp with my Mitsu TD04-15G. This intercooler is large enough to cool effectively at that power level, but small enough to allow airflow to get through the radiator. Never had any overheat issues due to this intercooler. Bigger power ambitions and GA 100F summer heat forces me to go bigger. Really, it was a fine 'cooler for short stabs of power with my current set up, but was too small for multiple gear runs at WOT.

Core is appx 8x8x3", same side inlet/outlet. It's in typical used intercooler shape, meaning it's pretty clean but it does show 1 rock ding on each side. One a little more dramatic than the other, but both are pretty minor and won't really affect anything. Hey, it's used. The inside of the core looks very clean and shiny. No caked in oil blocking passages or anything of the like.
