Black Autopower roll bar. $200 takes it. Will ship! Let me know your ZIP and I'll tell you what shipping will be. Otherwise pick-up is proffered.

It's a great bar for the street. It sit's back further for head clearance without a helmet. It's really easy to install. Fits great under a hardtop too.
Lacks enough height to provide optimal rollover protection. Will need a lower seat or foam cut to pass some hpde inspections, particularly if you don't run with the hardtop on.

Maybe I have a different autopower then yourself but my experience with mine has been the total opposite of yours.
1. My bar sits very close to my head, much closer then a harddog
2. The seats at full back position and slightly reclined DO hit the bar.
3. The bar came with the car so I can't comment on install but I have heard the autopowers are the easiest to install of all the M1 bars.
4. The bar does NOT fit great under the hardtop, it rubs ever so slightly on it. Leaving no room for rollbar padding whatsoever, I will try to half rollbar pad it this winter, but unsure if it will be possible with how high the bar sits.
5. Plenty high enough, too much as explained in #4.
6. The rollbar does NOT interfere with either the seatbelts or sidemounting latches at all like all of the harddogs I have been in.
Edit: Woohoo 100th post.

previous owner had hard top and i dont so i cant comment on hard top fitment. he told me it fits just fine. position of bar never bothered me really - i sit upright (to have more control of a car) and i have about 10-12" distance between headrest and roll bar. but it is pretty low. i am 5' 11" and sit upright (higher) and this bar leaves me with about 2-3" space in roll over. with helmet i would imagine it wont cover your head unless you go for lower seat.

Autopower made different bars, like Bethania and Boss frog do. If you look at the hardog, sport and the ace from HD they are 3 very different bars. Each sits back further and lower than the next. Autopower made 2 different bars. I think they've discontinued the lower one, the one I have. It sit's further back and lower to clear the top like the HD Ace or sport. I don't know if the one for sale is the same as mine or the newer taller version. The track legal bar basically goes straight up from the mounting points on the seat belt tower. The Sport bar I have (again I think they've discontinued this version, they still sell a "sport" but it's taller like the track bar)angles back from the shock towers and is shorter. I'm only 5'8" and with my stock seats my head is slightly above this bar.
The way they mount the upright sits a little more inboard than some and the seat can rub against it. I can fully recline my seats but they do rub the inside of the bar.
This Autopower bar will fit 1990 to 2005!
