Semi Built VVT Motor. AWR Mounts. MSPNP Pro, Coated RB Header
VVt motor from an 02 Miata. Rebuilt last year and used for a season and a half of racing, between 40-50 hours. Works flawlessly, only pulled for a swap.will bolt into 1990-2005 Miata chassis. We have maintained this motor meticulously, it has never let us down, just want a bit more power.
175 compression across all 4 cylinders, was tuned to 148whp on a dynojet on pump gas. If you have any questions at all please ask
Specs at time of rebuild
-Manley forged rods with ARP rod bolts
-stock pistons with new OEM Mazda rings
-ARP head and main studs
-Boundary Engineering stage 2 oil pump
-ACL bearings
-OEM NA8 Mazda head gasket to work in conjunction with coolant reroute
-Kazespec engineering oil pan baffle
-pan drilled and tapped for turbo return line just in case at time of build, never seen boost.
-Jim Drago "cheater "spec miata cylinder head with SCCA illegal plunge cuts installed at time of rebuild.
-fresh T/Belt wp components
-MiataTurbo coolant reroute spacer.
-MiataRoadster VVt rebuild kit
-Powdercoated valve cover
-powdercoated 99/2000 VICS intake manifold
-skunk 2 throttle body drilled for appropriate spring tension by curly of Miata turbo fame.
-cold air intake tube with Gm IAT
Asking 2200 obo for the motor with all items above.
Additional items
AWR 01-05 BP motor mounts. Softest durometer 175 shipped
01-05 Racing Beat Header ceramic coated. Fits in NA chassis with test pipe that will be included if destined for an NA. 325 obo
DIY autotune mspnp pro for 01-05 Miata chassis. We used it in an NA with VVT wiring harness. Good working order, comes with sweet custom mount for isolation. 1000 obo shipped.
