I purchased this for my NB, since the wife drives it more than me she vetoed it after one short trip in the car. Back on went the OEM shift ****.
Also included is the Aluminum Manual Shift Boot/Shift **** Retainer, I was told by another member they had to use a step drill on the underside of the retainer to get it to seat further down the shaft, I never got around to installing it.
