Does this bolt right on the 1.8 (99 miata)? I tried researching on power gain (turbo setup)?

Chris is right, you will have to cut and weld Miata to Honda. You are shooting for about 10.5-11 inches of runner length. From the top of the valve to where the runner starts inside of the plenum.
