Also have a set (five wheels) of 13" X 7"(i believe) Panasport FS13's w/ good sumitomo tires. There is a 10 embossed on the back of the wheels, so i believe that that is the offset. I can tell you that they fit a 1.6L 92 with no problems/rubbing at all.
