Can you post a picture? Is the snout the same as the M45 for Miata's?

Slightly different as in it won't fit? I would like to swap just the snouts. Really just looking to get to a flat nose pulley that I can upgrade. My current setup has a coned nose pulley, can't go smaller.

Maybe another angle at this, can the miata M45 be swapped to the Mini M45? Would everything else bolt up?

 

If you are talking about the JR m45 then the answer is NO. for the SCm45 that I have you will need to Fabricate a Bracket to be Bolted to your Miata; ; I've made one, will actually i have designed one, using Solidworks and have done a stress analysis using Ansys, the results were awesome, but unfortunately i won't be able to include that Bracket in the Sale as i am considering to Patent this Design.

 

To make the mini SC to work in the miata, you'll need need a few other items. A NA throttle body, an Mini Cooper bypass valve and a mount kit from Tim lane (link below "home") I was gonna go this route at first with my 2001 miata because I have a mini too and had a second SC with a bad PTO gear on the back. You'll need to cap the PTO section as well with some type of way to fill the oil (to protect the bearings). The reason the PTO gear is bad is because of a bad bearing seal. Home
