T25 turbo set up that I used to run on my old 1.6L. Reclocked T25 housing and wastegate actuator. Ran 15 psi without issue. All threads good and only typical cracks around wastegate flapper in casting. 120k ish on the turbo. This turbo has the same shaft play as one I just sold with 85k. Keep in mind these are not ball bearing turbos so they have some play for oil. No oil return, oil feed, or coolant fittings. $100 + s/h

how did the ebay manifold hold up? i heard they aren't the best and ususally break..

I won't lie it wasn't the greatest. I think the problem is it was weld without a back purge so it cracked right next to the heat effected zone of the weld. The other problem is the head flange is not cut and thus there is no thermal expansion give. This combined with thin wall tube resulted in cracks. The header lasted way longer than the down pipe though. If one rewelded and cut the head flange you could probably get 10-15k before thinking of cracks.
