Default TEC II w/ Mounting hardware - 600 shipped

I bought this TEC II from FM about six months ago with thoughts of doing a parallel install in my 2000. It has been sitting for six months. It has the wheel/mount and magnetic sensor pickup. Shoot me an email at Kags1969@yahoo.com

This is a nice standalone ecu with awesome ignition. A very good deal for someone.

Does it not use the stock ignition?

What else would be needed for an install?

TEC uses its own coils. Pretty bad *** stuff. The only bitch of it is the trigger wheel and mount if you didn't have it. But it appears Kags has that handled already. Ensign MarkP would be the resident expert. I think he had a II before going to his current IIIr. Or maybe he had a III before the IIIr, don't remember.

I would purchase it in a heartbeat if I didn't have my MSPNP.

I posted this over on my old Saturn forum, the question came up as to what else is needed to make it work properly, cause a few people are really interested. I know it's kind of a generalized question...

I'd be interested in the Miata mounts if you sell it to someone without a Miata.

You would have to wire in the ecu and you might need gm sensors for the intake, water temp and add a map sensor. Not sure what else would be required. I just havent wanted to dive off into this project.... I may still as it is a very capable ecu.

Awesome ECU and amazing price. I'd pick it up if I didn't need to build the motor first.

No if it were plug and play, I'd be running this on my car right now....

The wires for the injectors and sensors are screwed into the green plugs at each end of the unit, so you either have to get old miata harness and wire it into the unit or get a bunch of wire and build it yourself.
