Sorry for the delay in getting shipping quotes. I went to the post office for a quote today:
shipping to most of the USA with signature required and full insurance is about $25
so $185 usd shipped in the USA, payment by PayPal.
I will contact everyone who has pmed me and give them the option to buy first.
