Default Tonight I've prepared Bilsteins two ways, a side of 3 springs, and mounts for desert

This is still a feeler thread, but it's time to clean out the garage.
Bilsteins:
  • MSM Bilsteins with about 15k miles on them (from sister's car, office is <5 miles away)
  • NA Bilstein HDs with about 50k miles on them (Still on the car)
Springs:
  • Ground Control perches for an NA with 450/375 ERS springs
  • Stock MSM springs
  • 2 stock NB upper mounts
  • 2 FM rear mounts for an NA (I might keep these. If so, I'll have 4 NB uppers for sale)
Right now I'm thiking prices look like this:
MSM Bilstein = $300
Bilstein HD (NA) = $200
MSM Springs = $175
GC perches and springs = $200
FM rear mounts = $100

Who's interested?

Forgive my ignorance, but are the GC perches, just the perches, or does this include the threaded sleeves? If it's the sleeves as well, then I'm interested.

Sleeves and perches. Right now they are assembled on the MSM shocks with NB uppers.

Now you need to work on that $275 price tag so that I stop looking at the ebay stuff. On the flip side I really have know idea what I need for my SD bilsteins. They are valved for my FM springs, but I can add 100 lbs to the FM numbers and be OK.

If you don't like the price, PM me. I'm trying to move this ****.

I don't know what the ebay stuff offers, but the hex-screw set-up on these perches is pretty nice. You can buy shitsprings if you want too, but that price is essentially fair for used springs and you get the perches for free. I'd use those springs but I'm need a smaller diameter spring.

FM< springs are 318/288 so they fall within the 100lb range.

How much for just the sleeves/perches? Im afraid I need a lighter rear spring with my fm sway bars. I haven't punched the data into the fcm calculator yet.

Trade my Koni/GC/400/225/NB upper setup for your MSM setup. I'm sick of how rough they ride. Koni's have 10k on them but already look like poop.

You want me to take the old **** you can't sell in trade because they're huge pieces? Oh yeah, that sounds like a great idea. If you throw in a free bore-scope colonoscopy we have a deal.

You will never come in here and bomb on my classified thread again or Kitty of Ultimate Darkness will make a duvey of your flesh for her kitty cable-box throne, where she governs with furious brutality and malconent for broken human soles of insolence and deceit. Hey, it was worth a shot. I'm sure the colonoscopy wouldn't be an issue, but I get to keep the Versed for my date tonight. If you decide you want a 70's design twin tube shock in trade for that sexy Bilstein, you know where to go.

I don't know. For comparison Green Glory runs 700/400 springs with the big RB bar up front and the FM bar in the rear on the middle setting and I like it. I like a car that turns. These guys running stock swaybars in the rear are typically not men. If you really want a stock sway bar in the rear I can probably sell you the one I just gave to John.

That falls more in line with the 1.7 to 1.8 spring rate ratio that seems to be optimum, but having trouble finding supportiong . 450/375 ~1.2

What you want for gc sleeves/perches?

Sorry for the delay. I'll have to check the spring rates, they're the "firm option".

The perches are specifically for NA HDs, right now they are on the NB shocks and the car rode a little high because the guy who put them together on that car didn't understand how to mod the NB uppers.

I'll play with them tomorrow and get some pics.

This is a feeler until I sell the MSM Bilsteins because if I can get those sold, I have enough money to buy what I want. I will probably sell the **** regardless. If someone wants to give me $750 for both sets of shocks and all 3 sets of springs, then we have a deal. I'll have to get my replacement shocks on the car before the HDs go, but that should not take more than 1-week.

JpopsBronco sent me 3 PM's trying to buy urgently in about 3-hours, then finally buying them from someone else. lol, get that dude some medication.

Bros, does anyone want these MSM Bilsteins? What if we cut the price a bit, will anyone take the bait? I need to get those moving and then I can let the rest go.

I'll run these part numbers when I get home to see what the spring rates look like.

Prices are dropping.

The HDs, MSM springs, and NB uppers may be on their way out the door as a package deal. Look for a fire-sale on the remaining parts.
