I got the rails today. They were not FM rails as stated unless they were in your basement from 1986 and Gen 2. They were the BE frame rails. I would have preferred they were the FM rails with the cutouts and lighter weight.

The rails were never advertised as FM rails. I designed these in Solidworks myself. The original post read that they were from the original group buy in 2008-9 where we decided that FM was charging too much for their rails and a ton of people wanted them. The actual line for the item read something like "Frame Rail Braces from MT.net Group Buy".
I did advertise the sway bars as being FM because they were in fact FM brand from FM.

Sorry you weren't stoked to get them, get a shop to cut holes in them if they're too heavy or post them up for sale. I got about 20 inquiries for them.

They'll be fine, I think I was getting a bit fancy wanting triangular cut outs and so forth. These are solidly built, were shipped extremely fast to Canada, boxed up well and the price was great.
Maybe i read the add to fast because the price was so low and I missed all the words that came after $70.

I am a satisfied customer.

I run an online company, displeased customers are an unacceptable option for me. They were priced to sell and I hope you put them to good use. Having created that 3D model and detailed drawing while I was still in college (simple project) I'm sad I didn't get to use them myself however I'm glad so many people benefitted from it.
