Talked to a friend of mine who ships stuff like this frequently, he says right around $100 with old dominion on a pallet.
So I'd be willing to agree to $750 shipped.
Only thing that I would leave out would be the PPF.

Good deal. When I bought my differential w/ carrier, the seller shipped it in a cardboard box filled with other cardboard pieces and the diff. I have no idea how the thing didn't rip open, it was close though.

 

Now accepting PayPal and willing to ship via old dominion freight for about $125.

 

^Probably ship it cheaper if you throw the housing/axles in a Rubbermaid tub, instead a garbage bag, then use expanding foam to fill in the gaps, and put the driveshaft in a separate "homemade" cardboard box.
