Default Trackspeed Engineering Splitter Mounts

As the title states, I have a new, unused set of TSE splitter mounts. While waiting for shipment of these ended up using a different solution so these have been setting in my garage for almost two years now. Time for them to go to someone who's going to use them! I'm looking for SOLD shipped obo. Any questions, let me know.

I'm interested but do not know if they have enough adjustment to fit a stock NA bumper + Ebay lip and splitter.
I know these were made to fit air dams but haven't found any info on stock bumper/lip compatibility.
Is there any chance you could measure them top to bottom. That would tell me if they are close.

From the original splitter mount thread....
