Default Transdapt remote oil filter assembly

Selling a Transdapt remote oil filter assembly. I think it's part number TRD-1113. I've used it for about 2000 miles on my 96, worked perfectly with a 1994/1995 Ford Cobra Mustang oil filter since it is a little shorter but just as wide as the regular huge Ford filter. Includes everything that was in the retail package, and I am also including heat sleeves to put around the hoses to protect them from heat and abrasion, and the mounting kit I made with bolts and rubber plates so you will not feel any noise or vibration from the filter being mounted to the firewall. Only reason I am selling it is because I need the space for an ignition box. Summit sells the kit for $43 plus shipping. I'll take $30 to your door in the US.

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Okay, it is up for sale again. Some track time indicated I need a full cooler. I am also including an extruded oil filter cooler sleeve with the kit. BTW, it is a Mobil 1 M1-204 filter that fits the remote filter base, whole deal adds a quart of capacity.

First person to PM me with paypal info gets it. The sleeve slides over the oil filter, helps drop oil temp slightly. Secures on filter with a large clamp that is included. May not do much, but probably helps a little. Heck I am throwing it in with the kit so you're a winner anyway.

I think the hoses are teflon, not sure. They are gray in color. I never saw any leaks in the around 2000 miles it was on the car, including 2 track days. I added the heat shield just to be safe.

It isnt a heat issue but i found my oil was getting realy dirty with the rubber lines + my pressure was lower. the teflon lines flow better and radiate heat out better as well as being more durable the plates are the important part the other stuff can be had local. good luck with the sale it is a good product, for a fair price.

Item is sold.

BTW, I think the aluminum mounts are more restrictive to flow than the hoses. The ports in the mounts were really nasty. I used a dremel tool to open and polish them to allow for better flow.
