I am NOT 100% sure if this goes on a miata!!! Can anyone help me clarify if it does or if it goes on another car? It was given to me by a friend a long time ago and i cant remember what it went to but i do remember it is a underdrive pulley!

Definitely not a 1.8 since they have 2 ribbed accessory belts. Could fit a 1.6 Miata though, I think the Alt/WP belt is a v-belt on 1.6's. Cheap, unbalanced, lightweight crank pulleys absolutely do not have a good reputation around here though, our engines do not tend to last very long without a balancer.
