Gauge only. Bought this from a forum member here but decided to just go with a new gauge to somewhat match my new a/fr gauge and flat gauge panel. Previous owner said it worked when he pulled it but I never installed or tested it, so no guarantees by me. It came with a ding on the bezel shown in the photo below.
