Cam follower/shims in photo not part of the sale.

What you get are springs, retainers, and spring shims.

Interested. Are these the light or heavy doubles?. With the bigger turbo on the MSM, Ive been debating replacing the stockers.

They should be the heavy doubles. I'm not sure if anyone uses the light ones.

I've been using the double light. Are those not recommended?

Not necessarily. I had made an incorrect assumption is all. Following all the threads discussing seat pressures, it always seemed that heavy seemed to work well no matter what power goals.

Ah I see. I've been good so far, but am only at 15 pounds of boost on my EFR 6758. Hopefully all is well when I raise the boost. Anyways thanks for the info. Don't want to clutter your thread with unnecessary messages.

Just confirming, this is just for the springs and titanium retainers, and the seats are not included right?
