Default The usual 3.63 r&p set from Greece

Just came in my hands a 3.63 set in excellent condition.
400$ shipped anywhere in the world.
I can send also a 3.63 speed sensor for 50$ extra.

How much would it be to Send an assembled diff? As in the whole housing that bolts to the subframe.
I would rather pay $100 more in shipping than having to find a differential shop and pay $400 for labor to swap the gears over.

I honestly bet it is far more then $100 extra in shipping and handling. It will probably end up being a wash cost wise between shipping a full diff and having a shop install the gears.

Yeah, shipping a diff in the US via greyhound is like 100-150. If you're shipping a full differential from Greece, I'd expect it to be way more expensive. Not to mention the abuse it'd get in transit.
I'm not aware of shipping via freight/boat etc though.

Might be worth checking out the cost. If its just the housing (no aluminum casing) its a smallish package and with slower shipping on a boat it might be worth it. Id be interested in that

Ahhhh, I thought he meant with the casing as well. I guess it can't hurt to get a number!

Keep in mind that the selling rate for a Torsen diff (only the diff unit) here is about 400ish here. If you factor in the housing and shipping I would be surprised if it ends up less than 1000.

my thought is the seller is buying the whole diff anyway from the salvage yard, and pulling the gears him self, just so he can save on shipping weight. And very likely junking the remaining parts.

what does a torsen Rear end weight? All assembled in aluminum housing?

I can ask for a shipping quote tomorrow.
Something tells me.that it is going to be huge.
The problem is that most of ny diffs are fuji's not t2's

That would make sense given the years for the ratio. Fuji's would be a no go for most folks haha.

Did you ever get a price or the assembly shipped? You could use Lakeland Florida 33805 (USA) to help you estimate. Any chance you could throw in any shims/spacers from the disassembly ? I've never swapped a Miata R/P, but I've done Jeep gear changes myself- having some extras would be helpful.
