V8 Roadsters 1.8 engine mounts
I can't handle these things. I tried both at first and the car about shook itself apart. I tried one with a mazdaspeed mount, car still shakes itself apart.
These are the 62A "Cadillac" mounts, VVT style plates. Bullshit. My car wants to self destruct at 1200 RPM. You know how many times you hit 1200RPM in a daily? It's a few...
If you don't daily or strictly racecar these will make shifting awesome. Otherwise I would highly advise against these.
looking for $130 + shipping
Thanks!

So i had multiple versions of these and the plates weren't correct the first couple times, sat the motor so low that the oil pan was sitting on the subframe, which caused CRAZY nvh. Any chance that's what you have going on?
The most recent iteration is much improved, but still doesn't seem to offer much NVH improvement over AWR 70s, which is wild considering the bushings are twice the size and a lower durometer.

I never thought to check that, I did run a half and half setup with a mazdacomp for a while though and didn't notice the engine leaning funny or anything. Now I don't really care to reinstall them just to check! Maybe I'll keep them around and wait to balance a bottom end and try again, unless anyone else wants them?
It sure didn't sound like it was hitting and they were pretty smooth around 900 RPM, but leaving idle was violent. It's really only right around 1200-1500RPM that they suck hard, once you are actually moving they aren't anywhere near as noticeable. I assume it was pretty crazy all the time while it was hitting right?
