I left him my paypal address in his intro thread, so he has a choice. I've already been contacted by a mod so the choice is his whether or not he's going to settle his debt or say goodbye just as soon as he's said hello.

Call law enforcement local to him. Let them know that he is an internet scam artist. Have your proof ready, like PayPal statements, money order stubs, etc, and be ready to fax a notarized statement accusing him of fraud. Let him tell it to the judge.

 

If it was more money I probably would, but I just want it back out of principal, because I hate that there are those who would scam someone and make dealing over the internet that much more unpleasant. If he gives me the money back, great, if not, banishment from here is satisfactory to me.
