The 19T speed sensor for the 3.63 diff should have a blue gear, the white gear is 20T meant for the 3.909 diff. I have a blue gear VSS if you're interested.

Thanks for commenting! I was under the impression the 19T gear designed for the NA mechanical speedo sending unit was white, where as the NB electric speedo sender designed 19T gear was blue.
I was also under the impression that the NB senders could not have their gears removed to be placed in the NA sender housing, which is what I'd be doing.

Any idea?
Ah, mine is for an NB so it won't be compatible with your cable driven system. I've heard conflicting accounts of whether the gear is swappable on the NB sensor, but it does look like it's held in with just a snap ring/clip. Best of luck.
Last time I bought something similar to this I didn't get a reading at all. So buy at your own risk.
You can use myus.com to forward it to the US. They have a UK warehouse.
The issue is that the metal housings that hold the gear drive in place have different offsets to compensate for the different diameters of the gears. Going down to a 19t in a 20 or 21t housing means your gear probably wasn’t meshing with the output shaft gear at all, hence no reading.
Since the holder housings are circular, if you have one that’s visibly offset you might be able to rotate one in the transmission bore and the eccentric nature of it should allow the gear to engage at some point. But the little ear for the mounting bolt won’t align anymore so you might need to get creative with retaining it.
Hope that all makes sense, happy to try and add visual aids if not.
I was in the same boat and never was able to find the gear I needed. My eventual solution was to get a custom speedometer faceplate from Adam at revlimeter.com that was scaled to display the correct speed. He even ran the numbers to set up the scaling himself, and the speedometer was perfectly accurate after that. As an added bonus it shows speeds up to 180 so I'm covered if I ever decide to strap a JATO pack on the back. Zoom!
