If you're trying to improve it and unsure what to do, I have a 99 intake I've modified that's good for 100 HP gain.

With the appropriate jetting!
Free bump.

Just grabbed one on ebay or $25 + $28 shipping. There is also a 01-05 on eBay which I almost purchased to test it against the 99.

This is my new Intake Manifold

So tell us what you're up to. Explain. Detail. Etc.

I know Paul hogged out most of his '99 manifold. Got it 90% done then bought the BEGI piece. I wish he finished it and tested it.

Sick deal. I have an 01 manifold in the garage if you want to do some testing.

I might be putting a 2k1 head on my engine, then I'll have TWO 99 manifolds I don't need. :-)

Hey, Ben, since it looks likely I'll be picking up a 2001 head, perhaps I should get your mani to go with it? I was just going to reuse the '99 one, but maybe VICS isn't as good as .. whatever the other VTCS thing is.

The 99 manifold is probably better.
