I am selling a turbo manifold i built a week ago to buy more raw materials. All welding, fabrication, and machining has been done by me. The turbo shown is a gt2860RS w/ .86 hotside. The flange is a T2 and this manifold is a 1.6L. Material is sch 40 (.145") 1 1/2 pipe. Any questions please ask.

I will offer a warranty of 3 months from the purchase date on the welds

NICE mani, even nicer price. If my miata was my daily, and I already had my MS issues sorted out, and if I had a muffler, and if I had a better job, and that job paid me more, and I didn't have a girlfriend, I would be all over this. Price-shipping=?

 

Its easier to give a shipped price. I hope people realize that its probably only 380 + shipping cause this thing is heavy. It also took me a total of 21 hours to build. Mulitply that by the shop rate (50$/hour) plus materials. Its a steal. Going to do a mini production of logs as well as these and just need more money for materials!

 

Would people be more inclined to buy it if it came with a downpipe that mated up @ the oem location?

 

If it's this hard to sell your first one at this lower (fantastic!) price, how hard will it be to sell the ones you make next? I tend to make them per order but then people have to wait to get it, often a while because I am slow. I have had no one ask for just a manifold w/o a downpipe.

I would say almost definitely yes.

 

As of right now im only making 1.6L manifolds. If you would like a 1.8 manifold talk to Turbotim He does AMAZING work.

Yes. This week ill end up making a 3" downpipe if it doesnt sell. Although the price will be adjusted accordingly. (Depends on labor but roughly 700 shipped)
