As per title: Please, don't PM for support issues. 99% of the time, you'll need to send me a log, your current map, a photo. Then I'll need to send you back something. PMs are great to start a chat, but suck for support.

ALWAYS include your ECU's serial number in the email. I can't stress this enough.

If you have an issue with a running ECU, be sure to include a log actually showing the issue (please don't send 1 hour logs where the problem is "somewhere in that log"!) and the map that was actually in use for that datalog.

Now if a mod can make this a sticky, that would be great.
