I had this problem too, try turning off over-run fuel cut in the fuel settings, I bet that solves it completely.

Is your fan still not working?

Alright so a little update. I got the car running again and magically the issue went away. Could it be the MS since I tried the jumper on the diagnostic and nothing then it work after when MS did run the fan output?

Also Im trying to run the Boost output to my EBC and every time I turn output on I get an error and TS goes crazy, the fan shuts down, etc... Then I turn the Boost output off and everything returns to normal.

Sounds like Boost is being used somewhere else in the settings.

Turn off the car, go to communications > mini-com.

Connect and then turn on the car. It should output your error.

.
Fan comes on and off from time to time so I wired a direct switch till I figure out for good what is causing it. I have to try turning off the overrun and see what it does.

Yeah, I misunderstood how to activate it in MS2 and turned the on/off output on while activating boost control. I haven't played with it for a while because I've been trying to figure out the fan issue

Also the idle issue is my idle valve. It's definitely stuck open somewhat. Im running only throttle adjustment now while I figure out what to do about it.
